As a Tax Professional, my biggest frustration is either people bring TOO MUCH information, things "they think" are deductible.... and they are not. this takes time to sort thru and results in a higher charge to my client. OR, they do NOT have all the information I need, or it is incomplete. I posted earlier about the "checklist", there is one for Personal and one for Business. on our website.
