Tyler is 19 Today!!

19 years ago, today, I had another "best thing in my life", Tyler James!!! WOW, just seems like yesterday, I was bringing him home, watching him climb before he could walk, dropping him at daycare, watching his sister walk with him to the school bus, cheering him on while he pitched for his little league team, then FLASH FORWARD, witnessing him walking across the stage last May, to get his diploma!!! Where has the time gone!??! Anybody??? He's grown into a handsome young man right before my eyes, yet, I dont exactly know when!!! I LOVE you, Tyler, with all my HEART!!!

As a Tax Professional, my biggest frustration is either people bring TOO MUCH information, things "they think" are deductible.... and they are not. this takes time to sort thru and results in a higher charge to my client. OR, they do NOT have all the information I need, or it is incomplete. I posted earlier about the "checklist", there is one for Personal and one for Business. on our website. You can print these for your use, or as a guide to make sure you have everything your tax professional needs to complete your returns. This is the link to our site, click on the "Checklist" tab.

It is Tax Time. This is my busiest time of year. And this year, the deadline for filing has been extended to April 17... Oh Goody. Whether you do your own taxes or have a professional do them, you will need the same information. There are two "checklists" on our website that are very helpful. Izzy

This is a photo the day I brought Izzy home. Not as much as my kids, but I will probably write a lot about Izzy, our deaf boxer. I got her from a breeder and because she is deaf, she could not be AKC registered. the sad part, breeders cannot sell deaf dogs, they can only be given away or destroyed, sad! We of course know she is deaf, but we talk to her anyway, and sometimes when she cocks her head to one-side, we wonder if she really is deaf. But unlike humans, there is no hearing test for dogs, we were told that sometimes they have some hearing in one ear, but we don't think Izzy does. it doesn't matter, she is precious and we enjoy her. More Later.
